Microcement can be used across suitable floors, walls, vanities and other surfaces to create a continuous finish throughout the space. With the appropriate preparation, waterproofing and sealing system, it can be used in areas exposed to moisture.

Where required, our finishes are sealed according to their intended application and level of exposure.

The appropriate protective system is selected based on factors including foot traffic, moisture, cleaning requirements and the desired appearance of the finished surface. Wet areas and high-traffic surfaces may require a more durable protective system than low-traffic decorative applications.

Yes. We offer an extensive range of colours across our finishes and can work towards a specific colour or match a paint colour where the selected product system allows.

It is important to note that hand-applied finishes such as Venetian plaster and microcement will naturally have some tonal variation across the surface. Unlike a painted wall, the finished result is not intended to be completely uniform - this variation is part of the character and depth of the material.

For projects where colour is particularly important, we can discuss samples and colour development before proceeding with the final application.

Yes. Our microcement system can be applied over existing tiles, making it a practical option for renovations where removing the existing surface may be unnecessary. Rather than removing the tiles and starting again, our system is designed to prepare and build over the existing tiled surface before the microcement is applied. This can help reduce demolition, waste and the disruption associated with a traditional renovation.

The existing surface must be stable and suitable for the system, and careful preparation is essential. Grout lines, movement, substrate condition and moisture are all assessed before application to ensure the correct preparation and system are used. The result is a seamless new surface that can completely transform the appearance of an existing space without the need for traditional tile removal.
